Role Play Sample:
Pansy Parkinson was walking around the lake, her eyes glossy and fogged over as memoirs of things and daydreams ran through her head. Anyone who looked at her could tell that she was gone... far gone, into the depths of her mind, yet she was smiling - so you also knew that she wasn't thinking of tenebrous things, but delving deep into something, some kind of world unknown to others that was all her own. The wind blowing through her hair made her feel so alive, and the pond sparkled as if all of the beauty in the world was taken and deliquesced into it...it was a perfect day, and she knew she would be reluctant to leave this scene.
A random shove of a shoulder startled Pansy and nearly tripped her, ruining the tranquility of her merry walk. She whipped around, seeing whom had violated her, and her lip curled into a snarl like that of a dog. Baring her teeth, she brazenly stalked up to him and the side of her arm connected with his shoulder. "So, if it isn't YOUR unpleasant, omnipresent self. I could have sworn I saw you two seconds ago.. or that might have been another pile of hippogriff crap." She said with a dour expression, her eyes narrowing a considerable amount. "It's too bad you don't have anything else to do with your time than to hiss animadversional insults at people that think you're not even worth their time," he hissed, "especially when it's because of an accident."
She watched him turn on his heel and stalk off, and a pang of guilt hit her stomach as well, causing her now receeding ego. Her ego, previously giant but now so timid and diminutive in a matter of seconds. Of course, she would never let him or anyone else know that... however, she didn't know exactly why she cared. She couldn't figure out if it was because her emotions were exposed more and she was more vulnerable because of her in-depth thinking, or his words were just more harsh than she'd realized. All she knew was that obviously, her perfect day was on it's way to being ruined already.
